Privacy
The Regiment Privacy Policy
How The Regiment handles account, training, and progress data.
Data The Regiment stores
The Regiment may store account email, account ID, authentication provider metadata, workout history, fitness/workout information, goals, gym or location preference entered in the app, equipment preferences, exercise favorites or hidden exercises, Flow sessions, performance results, and performance notes.
Local device data
An account is required to use The Regiment. The app may also store training data, preferences, active workouts, and onboarding choices on your device. You can delete local data from Account.
Cloud account data
The Regiment uses Supabase for authentication, profiles, cloud sync, membership, entitlements, workout logs, workout sessions, Flow sessions, performance data, favorites, and hidden exercises.
Sign in providers
The Regiment supports email/password and magic link email through Supabase Auth. Google sign-in and Sign in with Apple may be offered when those providers are enabled for the current app build. Google and Apple may receive information necessary to complete the sign-in you choose.
Subscriptions and billing
The Regiment may store subscription status, product IDs, purchase identifiers, transaction IDs, original transaction IDs, validation status, and membership records. iOS Premium purchases use Apple In-App Purchase. Web checkout may use Stripe where available.
Service providers
The Regiment uses Supabase for authentication and app data, Vercel for hosting, Apple authentication and App Store purchase validation where applicable, Google authentication where selected, and Stripe for web billing where applicable.
Tracking and ads
The Regiment does not sell personal data and does not use advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking based on the current app implementation.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account from Account. Account deletion removes your cloud account and app data controlled by The Regiment, then signs you out and clears local app data on that device. Some purchase records may also remain with Apple, Stripe, or other processors under their own records and legal obligations.
Health disclaimer
The Regiment is not medical advice. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unsafe symptoms. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new fitness program.
